Worldwide Delivery - Standard airmail
- Orders £5 and under - £1.00

- Orders £20 and over - £3.00 for accessories/plushies / £5.00 for shoes
Royal Mail standard airmail is the most economic option for internation delivery. There is no tracking number supplied with the service. The estimated delivery time is 1 to 2 weeks, but please allow up to 3 weeks for certain destinations.
If you would like another other type of delivery, please note it within the order.
Within 10 days of payment, usually sent the next couple of days.
If your order doesnt arrive in the expected time, please contact us for details on what to do next. To determine that a parcel is definitely lost, we generally ask that customers allow 10 days for orders sent via Standard UK delivery and 3 to 4 weeks for Airmail, before we are able to send a replacement order or issue a refund.
Your order will be delivered to your paypal billing address. If you want to change to another address, please tell us in your order form. Please double check that the delivery address is correct before placing your order, as unfortunately we will need to re-charge for delivery if an order is returned to us by the postal service due to incorrect address details. We will also need to re-charge for delivery if an order is returned due to non-collection from the sorting office.
International customers should be aware that some countries charge customs fees such as duty and import tax on items that are received into the country from abroad. The customer is responsible for paying any fees and taxes due.
